1. The Local Government Unit of Salay, through the 20% LGDF 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Fourteen Thousand Nine Hundred Twelve pesos & 53/100 (Php. 314, 912.53) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase of materials for Improvement of Multi-Purpose Building (Perimeter Fence) - Membuli. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Salay now invites bids for the above Purchase of materials for Improvement of Multi-Purpose Building (Perimeter Fence) - Membuli. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30CD. Bidders should have completed, within 1 year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
