payments under the contract for the PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF MATERIALS FOR Improvement of Barangay Hall PROPER TIGUISAN, BANSUD, ORIENTAL MINDORO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected a bid opening.
