1. The BARANGAY SANTOR, BAGGAO, CAGAYAN, through 20% BDF CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand Two Hundred Ninety-Two Pesos Only (Php 285, 292.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase of Materials for the Continuation/Installation of Solar Street Light at Santor, Baggao, Cagayan (B-G-2026-5-002). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BARANGAY SANTOR, BAGGAO, CAGAYAN now invites bids for the above services. Delivery of the Goods is required until 20 days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
