1. The Barangay Poblacion, Bansud, Oriental Mindoro, through the Approved Annual Budget for 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Five hundred seventy four thousand three hundred twenty five pesos and twenty centavos (574, 325.20) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of Materials for Construction and Rehabilitation of Local Road. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Poblacion Bansud now invites bids for Purchase of Materials for Construction and Rehabilitation of Local Road located at Poblacion Bansud, Oriental Mindoro. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
