PURCHASE OF MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SHEDS AT DIFFERENT TOURIST SPOTS
1. The Municipality of Currimao through the [20% Development Fund] intends to apply the sum of [Nine Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty-Five Pesos (P 998, 825.00)] being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for [Purchase of Materials for the Construction of Sheds at Different Tourist Spots]. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Currimao now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by [ 45 days)]. Bidders should have completed, within [5 years] from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
