1. The Bids and Award Committee of Brgy. Poblacion, Mahaplag, Leyte, through the 20% BDF intends to apply the sum of Php 412, 358.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of Materials for the Construction of Road Concreting, Gateway Pavement and Concrete Pathway. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Bids and Award Committee now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery for the Purchase of Materials for the Construction of Road Concreting, Gateway Pavement and Concrete Pathway to be delivered at the Brgy. Poblacion, Mahaplag, Leyte. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
