The Barangay Government of Villapagasa - Bids & Awards Committee, through 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND of the Barangay Approved Budget for SY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thirty-One Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Pesos only (P 131, 650.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Multi-Purpose Building (Health Center) in Sitio Apnagan, Villapagasa, Bansud, Oriental Mindoro.
