Invitation to Bid for CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE SYSTEM
1. The Barangay Poblacion Bansud, Oriental Mindoro, through the Approved Budget for SY 2025intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Nine Thousand and Six Hundred Pesos (209, 600.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Drainage System . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Poblacion Bansud now invites bids for Construction of Drainage System located at Core Housing Poblacion Bansud, Oriental Mindoro. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10)days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) if Republic Act 9184(RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
