1.The BARANGAY AGAMAN PROPER, BAGGAO, CAGAYAN, through 20% BDF
CY-2026 intends to apply the sum ofTwo Hundred Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety Three Pesos and Fifty Centavos(P200, 893.50) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Purchase of Materials for the Construction of of Canal Lining Zone 6 at Agaman Proper, Baggao, Cagayan (B-G-2026-07-001). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The BARANGAY AGAMAN PROPER, BAGGAO, CAGAYAN now invites bids for the above services. Delivery of the Goods is required until 20 days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
