The BARANGAY BARSAT WEST, BAGGAO, CAGAYAN, through Capital Outlay 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Forty Pesos Only (₽ 165, 040.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase of materials for the Construction of Canal Lining Zone 2 at Barsat West, Baggao, Cagayan (B-G-2026-05-001). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
