1. The Barangay Government of Conrazon-Bids and Award Committee, Bansud, Oriental Mindoro, through the
continuing and current budget of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Six Hundred
Forty-Five Pesos (Php. 200, 645.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the
contract for the Purchase and Delivery of Materials for the Construction of Barangay Outpost Phase 1. Bids
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
