1. The Barangay Government of Conrazon-Bids and Award Committee, Bansud, Oriental Mindoro, through the continuing and current budget of 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Seven Thousand Pesos (107, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase and Delivery of Materials for the Construction of Drainage Canal Phase 2. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
