INVITATION TO SUBMIT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR THE PROJECT:
PURCHASE OF MATERIALS FOR CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS AT MUNICIPAL COMPOUND, GUBAT, SORSOGON
1. The Local Government Unit of Gubat, through its General Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Ninety-Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos (₱397, 800.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of Materials for Christmas Decorations at Municipal Compound, Gubat, Sorsogon. Quotation received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at opening of the Request for Quotation.
2. The Local Government Unit of Gubat now invites suppliers to submit price quotations for the above project. Delivery of the goods shall be made on the scheduled date of the event, as determined by the End-User after issuance of the Notice to Proceed, for safety and security purposes
