INVITATION TO BID
1. The Barangay Po-o, Lazi, Siquijor, through the authorized appropriations under the 5% DRRM 2025, intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thousand Three Hundred Sixty-Nine Pesos and Thiry-Six Centavos (Php 100, 369.36) being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Project, “Purchase of Materials for Brgy Disaster Preparedness”, described below. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Po-o now invites bids for the Project, “Purchase of Materials for Brgy Disaster Preparedness”, Delivery of the Goods shall be in accordance with the Delivery Schedule under Section VI. Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
