1. The subject of the order is the purchase of materials and devices, chemical reagents, laboratory equipment, teaching aids and other items necessary to conduct demonstration experiments in chemistry, in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the order. constituting in favour. No. 8 to SWZ.2. The Contractor undertakes to deliver the subject of the order brand new, free from physical and legal defects, compliant with standards (e.g. PN, ISO, CE), and safety markings (e.g. CLP, BHP, REACH, ADR marking). IN in the case of substances requiring special safety conditions, they will be delivered in packaging in accordance with applicable standards and recommendations.3.
