I. The subject of the order is:
1. Renewal of the Manufacturer's support for the XBRL UB Partner XBRL Toolkit license for a period of 36 months intended for:
1) creating, editing, validating and visualizing files compliant with the XBRL and iXBRL standards;
2) creating, editing, visualizing withmanagement, evaluation and compilation of own taxonomies and sets of XBRL validation rules and the provision of Manufacturer Support services for the delivered Software
2. Provision of technical support services for the Ordering Party's UB Partner XBRL Toolkit environment, carried out by the Contractor during the periodvalidity of the Agreement.
3. Provision of modification services, performed by the Contractor throughout the entire duration of the agreement as part of a package of 2, 500 man-hours.
4. Development and implementation of Software for creating and testing taxonomies
II. Detailed description of the subject of the order and the method of its implementationji was included in the Draft Agreement (constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ).
