Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the purchase of magnetic resonance imaging for Copernicus PL Sp. z o. o. 2. The subject of the order has not been divided into parts. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order specifying the Ordering Party's requirements and quantities is included in Annex No. 3 to SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order. By completing the items indicated in this annex, the Contractor confirms that it meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party. 4. The offered contract items must be complete and of a high standard in both respects in terms of quality and functionality, as well as free from material, construction and legal defects. 5. The offered subject of the order must be approved for trading and use in accordance with applicable law. 6. The subject of the order must be compliant with the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2022.974 of 2022/05/09) - if applicable. 7. In all provisions of the SWZ and its annexes which indicate trademarks, parameters, sources or a specific process that characterizes products supplied by a specific economic operator of origin (names of manufacturers or devices), in accordance with Art. 99 section 5 and when the subject matter of the contract is described by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications, systems references, in accordance with Art. 101 section 4 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party allows equivalent solutions.
