The City Technology Services of the City of Kuopio Urban Environment Urban Technology Services is requesting an offer from the Maaninga area maintenance area for 1 October 2025 - October 1, 2030. In addition to the above time, the contract will include two separate option years (1.10.2031 - 1.10.2032). The contract begins on 1.10.2025
CareDescription of the KA area:
Maaninga's contract area consists of e.g. From the areas of the Maaninga agglomeration, Honkala, Pihtisalmi and Keskisaari to the extent presented in this invitation to tender and in its annexes. The regional contract includes the maintenance and cleaning of street and green areas and public areas and the port of the contract areaApartments to the extent presented later.
Maaninga regional contract includes work required by the street and public areas of the Maaninga agglomeration in Kuopio, such as:
- Summer and winter treatment of street areas, and cleaning
- Care of green areas, plantings and street trees and cleaning
- Tile.Treatment and cleaning
- Treatment of stormwater systems
- outdoor and recreational areas such as Care of beaches and parks
- Treatment of ports and small boats
- Carpeting sites
The contract begins on 1.10.2025 and the contract lasts five (5) years, plus two (2)For a separate option year (1 1). A presentation will be held on the map material at Teams 26.3.2025
