Purchase of diesel oil for commercial vehicles for the Special Educational and Educational Center in Dorohusk.a) The subject of the order is the successive purchase of liquid fuel: diesel oil meeting the requirements of the applicable Polish Standard (for diesel oil: PN-EN 590+A1:2017-06) and the requirements resulting from Act of April 10, 1997 Energy Law and Regulation of the Minister of Economy of October 9, 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels, according to the current needs of the Ordering Party, within a period of 365 days from the date of signing the contract or until the estimated quantity of up to 16, 000 is exhausted liters or until the value obtained in the public procurement procedure is reached, depending on which occurs first. b) The subject of the order will be performed each time at the Contractor's gas station located within the administrative boundaries of the city of Chem. c) The order will be implemented by refueling directly into the fuel tanks of a commercial vehicle or by refueling into certified canisters, depending on the needs of the Ordering Party. d) The specified quantity of the subject of the order is an estimated value in the event of non-fulfilment ilo...
