1) Part 1 purchase of Pb95 unleaded gasoline for the Infrastructure Department of the District Office in Chemie. a) The subject of the order is the successive purchase of liquid fuel: Pb 95 unleaded gasoline meeting the requirements of the applicable Polish Standard (for unleaded gasoline: PN-EN 228+A1:2017-06) and the requirements resulting from the Act of April 10, 1997, Energy Law and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of June 26, 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels, according to the current needs of the Ordering Party, during the period 365 days from the date of signing the contract or until the estimated quantity of up to 9, 000 liters is exhausted or until the value obtained in the public procurement procedure is reached, whichever occurs first. b) The subject of the order will be performed each time at the Contractor's gas station located within the administrative boundaries of the city of Chem.c) The order will be fulfilled by direct refueling into the fuel tanks of a commercial vehicle or by delivery to certified canisters, depending on the needs of the Ordering Party. d) The given quantity of the subject of the order is an estimated value, in the event of failure to complete...
