Tender Details

Purchase of a light transport vehicle as part of the implementation of the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for the years 2025-20261. The subject of the order is the delivery of 1 piece of light transport vehicle, in accordance with the offer form (Appendix No. 1 to SWZ), description of the offered vehicle (detailed description of the subject the order constitutes Annex No. 4 to the SWZ), as well as the requirements contained in the SWZ.2. The subject of the order is co-financed from the state budget under the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025-2026, in accordance with the contract No. ZK-I.644.3.82.2026 of May 15, 2026, concluded between the Voivode Warmia-Masuria and Nowomiejski County.3. The Contractor will be obliged to deliver the car to the place indicated by the Ordering Party, i.e. to the District Roads Authority in Kurztnik, ul. Sienkiewicza 48, 13-306 Kurztnik.4.The vehicle must be brand new (year of production 2025-2026), free from physical defects and legal regulations, not used for demonstration purposes, no mileage (allowed mileage up to 50 km related to vehicle transport).
