Purchase of a light reconnaissance and rescue vehicle of the SLRr type The subject of the order is the delivery of a light reconnaissance and rescue vehicle of the SLRr type for the State Fire Service Headquarters in Sierpc in accordance with the requirements of Annex No. 1 to SWZ - description of the subject of the order. 2.The first the offer validity date is the day on which the offer submission deadline expires. 3. If the selection of the most advantageous offer does not take place before the expiry of the offer validity period referred to in section 1, the Ordering Party before the expiry of the offer validity period, requests the Contractors once to consent to extending this deadline by the period indicated by him, no longer than 60 days. 4. Extension of the offer validity period referred to in section 3, requires the Contractor to submit a written declaration to consent to extending the validity period of the offer. 5.
