Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new light operational vehicle with a total permissible weight of up to 3, 500 kg, the technical parameters of which are specified in the description of the subject of the order constituting Appendix 2 to this specification.2. When calculating the price for an item order, the Contractor is obliged to take into account all costs related to the execution of the order in accordance with the ToR, including its annexes containing a description of the subject of the order, until the Ordering Party accepts the subject of the order without any reservations.3. The subject of the order is to be factory-made new, unused and not displayed at exhibitions or fairs, technically efficient, safe, compliant with applicable norms and quality standards, complete and ready for use, and must meet minimum technical and functional requirements.4. The contractor is responsible for as compliance with the technical and quality conditions described for the subject of the order;5.
