PURCHASE OF A LIGHT OPERATIONAL CAR 2 The subject of the order is the purchase of a light operational vehicle with 4x4 drive hybrid, five-door SUV body with five seats. Purchase for the District Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Wołomin in accordance with requirements of Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - description of the subject of the order. Subject of the order should meet the following requirements: a) meet all the features specified in specification of contract terms. b) be new and compliant with applicable laws norms. c) have a complete set of technical and operational documentation. The District Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Wołomin acts as the ordering party's representative based on power of attorney No. WL.0140.28.2026.SB of June 18, 2026. Additionally: 1. Offer, application and subject matter evidence (if required) submitted electronically must be signed with a qualified electronic signature.
