Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new, unused and complete 4x4 light rescue and firefighting vehicle with firefighting body and equipment. 1) The built-up and equipped vehicle should meet the requirements of Polish road traffic regulations: - Act of June 20, 1997 Road Traffic Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 988, as amended), taking into account the requirements regarding emergency vehicles, - Regulation of the Minister of Interior and Administration of June 20, 2007 on the list of products intended to ensure the principles of public safety or protection health and life and property, as well as the rules for issuing approvals for these products for use (Journal of Laws of 2007, No. 143, item 1002, as amended), 2) The vehicle must have a certificate of approval for use in fire protection in Poland, issued pursuant to the regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of June 20, 2007 on the list of products intended to ensure the principles of public safety or the protection of health, life and property, as well as the rules for issuing approvals for use of these products. 3) Brand new car, one year old prod...
