Purchase of licenses and SW support for Windows Server DC, SQL Server Enterprise and DYNAMICS 365 subscription The subject of the Public Order is the acquisition of new permanent Windows Server DC licenses, including software support (SA) for 36 months, SA extension for existing licenses Windows Server DC and SQL Server Enterprise for 36 months and then the acquisition of a DYNAMICS 365 subscription for a period of 12 months, whereby the License must enable the Client to upgrade the computer systems used by him on the Windows platform and obtain license rights to SW, all of this through the MPSA program. For this purpose, the supplier is obliged to ensure the renewal of the existing multi-license agreement MPSA No. 4100066909 - for the provision of usage rights to Microsoft products in the form of bulk licensing for a period of 36 months at perpetual licenses and a period of 12 months for subscription.
