The subject of the order is the sale and delivery to the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture in Warsaw (Al. Jana Pawła II70, 00-175 Warsaw), hereinafter referred to as the "Ordering Party", of licenses ensuring the right to use the Software with unlimited time and territory, along with its documentationdocumentation, in accordance with their nature and purpose, on the terms set out in the draft provisions of the agreement (hereinafter: PPU) and the general terms and conditions of the manufacturer, will provide the Ordering Party with access to the Guarantee (confirmed by a Certificate) for the Software on the terms and dates specified in the PPUand in the general conditions of the manufacturer. The Contractor shall provide the Ordering Party with the Support Service, consisting in providing the Ordering Party with the possibility of using technical consultations in the scope related to the operation of the Software, in the amount of 90 hours reported during the term of the Agreement(During the Warranty Period).
