purchase of a license for the AOS system for a period of 36 months - 1 pc. 1. The subject of the order is the purchase of a license for the AOS system for a period of 36 months - 1 pc. 2. The order includes, among others, the purchase of licenses with the current names "Coordinated Care", "Moje Zdrowia" for mMedica standard Plus (+) system implemented in the Katowice Oncology Center together with with warranty and support/technical assistance for a period of 36 months from the end of the current support period, the scope of which is described in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Offer Price. 3. The Katowice Oncology Center has 70 computer stations with the mMedica system, which is implemented and used in the daily work of the unit.
