Purchase of a library system for the Headquarters and Field Branches of the Main Medical Library 1. The subject of the order is the delivery, installation and implementation of a ready-made integrated open source library system* along with data migration for Headquarters of the Medical Library in Warsaw and 17 Local Branches of GBL, in accordance with all requirements and conditions of order execution specified in the Detailed description of the subject of the order (hereinafter: OPZ) and the Draft Provisions Agreements (hereinafter: PPU), which constitute annexes to the SWZ. * Open source software means a type of computer software whose source code is made available under a license enabling users to analyzing, modifying and distributing the program in accordance with the principles of the free software license. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter referred to as OPZ), containing a description of the minimum requirements in a given part, is attached as Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 3. The order must be completed in full in accordance with the requirements specified in the SWZ, OPZ and the draft provisions of the contract (hereinafter: PPU), which constitute annexes to the SWZ.
