INVITATION TO BID FOR PURCHASE OF LED WALL FOR EARLY WARNING, PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM, EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATION DISSIMINATION UNDER PURCHASE REQUEST NO. 80-2024-02-0215

1. The Local Government Unit of Gingoog, through the APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 2024-02 approved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod intends to apply the sum of Three Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (PHP 3, 600, 000.00) for PURCHASE OF LED WALL FOR EARLY WARNING, PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM, EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATION DISSIMINATION UNDER PURCHASE REQUEST NO. 80-2024-02-0215 being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
