INVITATION TO BID FOR Purchase of LED TV for Information Education Campaign and Early Warning Monitoring under Purchase Request Number 80-2024-02-0229

1. The Local Government Unit of Gingoog, through the APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 2024-02 approved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Five Thousand Pesos Only (PHP 1, 805, 000.00) for Purchase of LED TV for Information Education Campaign and Early Warning Monitoring under Purchase Request Number 80-2024-02-0229 being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Gingoog City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. ...
