MADEL type LED optics MES type LED optics LSZR type LED optics As a result of the substantive public procurement procedure, the Bidder, as a public service provider, wishes to enter into a value-based purchase and sale framework contract for a period of 2 years (24 months), HUF 187, 400, 000 net in value, with a net call obligation of HUF 144, 200, 000, regarding the sale and delivery of the products (LED optics) according to the attached product list. The planned quantities were detailed in the BT-24 points. As a result of the procedure The tenderer wishes to enter into a framework sales contract for a period of 2 years (24 months), in the total net value of HUF 187, 400, 000, with a total net call commitment of HUF 144, 200, 000. The estimated quantity for information purposes is a total of 937 units. Part 1: Purchase of MADEL type LED optics in a net amount of HUF 94, 400, 000, with a HUF 72, 630, 000 drawdown obligation. The planned quantity that can be ordered from the budget is 312 optics. (The amount of information corresponding to the withdrawal obligation is 240 db optics.) By signing a separate agreement, the parties can extend the scope of the framework purchase agreement for an additional 12 months. The task of the winning bidder is to deliver LED optics that meet the technical specifications to the place of delivery specified by the Bidder delivery, in accordance with the direct orders of the Bidder.
