The offer form is attached as Annex 1 to the procedure. It must be downloaded and, after completing, placed on the Platform purchasing as annexes to the procedure. The result of the procedure generated by the platform is not tantamount to placing an order and signing the Agreement. The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel the procurement procedure without providing reasons. The Ordering Party reserves the right to freely choose the bidder. Indication of the most advantageous offer by the platform is not tantamount to the selection of the offer. The provisions of the Public Procurement Law do not apply to the procedure.
