Purchase of a laminar chamber - 1 pc. Purchase of a device for packaging cytostatic waste with a sealer - 4 pcs. 1. The subject of the order is the purchase of a laminar chamber and a device for packaging cytostatic waste with a welding machine as part of the implementation project entitled: "Improving the working conditions of employees of the Katowice Oncology Center." 2. The contractor ensures that this order as part of the project will be implemented in accordance with with the requirements of sustainable development and environmental protection. The contractor undertakes to provision of the subject of the order in a way that limits the impact on the environment and to inform the Ordering Party about actions taken in this regard if necessary. 3. The technical and functional parameters of the equipment have been determined in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 4.The order also includes: 1) transport of the device (hereinafter referred to as the equipment/apparatus SWZ) to its destination, 2)installation, commissioning, 3) staff instruction and transfer of medical equipment for use with everyone necessary approvals, certificates, 4) 24-month warranty counted from the date of signing the "Final acceptance report of the subject of the order" by authorized representatives of the Ordering Party and the Contractor. 5) As part of the warranty, the Contractor provides in the offer price efficiency of medical equipment, including: • service inspections with all parts necessary to perform the inspections, in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements •all repairs, inspections, maintenance in...
