The City Government of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, through the Appropriation Ordinance of 2026, intends to apply the sum of nineteen million nine hundred seventy-six thousand and four hundred thirty pesos (₱19, 976, 430.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for: Purchase of laboratory reagents for hematology testing to assess blood cell counts, identify abnormalities and diagnose conditions (BP-2026-03-0077). Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
