Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PURCHASE OF LABORATORY REAGENTS
1) The Local Government Unit of Enrique Villanueva, through the General Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Twenty Two Thousand Eight Hundred Three Pesos and Eleven Centavos Php 222, 803.11 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of Laboratory Reagents. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Enrique Villanueva, now invites bids for Purchase of Laboratory Reagents using the Competitive Bidding. Delivery of the Goods is required by 15 CD from the Issuance of the Notice To Proceed/Purchase. Bidders should have completed, at least one year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
