1. The City Government of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, through the Appropriations Ordinance of 2026, intends to apply the sum of seventeen million eight hundred forty-four thousand and four hundred twenty pesos (₱17, 844, 420.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for: Purchase of Laboratory Reagents for hematology testing to assess blood cell counts, identify abnormalities and diagnose conditions (BP-2026-05-0035). Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
