The Municipality of Getafe, Bohol through the CDG fund intends to apply the sum of
Nine Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (P950, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of Laboratory Equipment for CDG Computer Laboratory and Crime Laboratory in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
