A brief description of the procurement: The purpose of the procurement is to ensure the supply of laboratory laboratories of the Rural Knowledge Center with high -quality laboratory chemicals, accessories and laboratory small equipment, including cost, spare parts and accessories for laboratory equipment, according to the actual needs of the contracting authority. Both parts of the procurement aim to conclude framework contracts with up to 30 providers. The locations of the delivery of the object of the framework contract, the technical specifications shall be indicated in the invitation or order of the mini competition. The tenderer must be able to deliver things all over Estonia. For all parts, the framework contract shall enter into force upon conclusion of it and shall be valid for up to 48 months. The starting date for the conclusion of the framework contract on the form of the public procurement register is presumed and is not legally binding.
