Backup power plant to be placed in connection with Kouvola town hall. The object of procurement is a backup power plant to be placed inside the parking facility, in a separate room, whose PRP power must be at least 360 kVA/290 kW (+10% for 1 hour in 12-hour periods during). The backup power plant must be able to supply independently at nominal power for at least 24 hours without additional refueling or other maintenance procedures. The installations are made in accordance with the laws, regulations and standards in force in Finland. In electrical installations the version 2022 of the SFS 6000 standard is followed with the following clarifications: TUKES guideline S10-2023 is followed as requirements for the safety of electrical equipment and electrical work safety. according to the instructions. The delivery includes the device set installed in full operational readiness, including test drives, operational tests and inspections.
