1. The SK-DUPLIGAN, through LGF - FY 2024 GAA the sum of Eighty Thousand Pesos

(PhP: 80, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the

contract for Procurement of One Set Laptop w/ complete accessories in Dupligan

Tanudan, Kalinga. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at

bid opening.

2. The SK-DUPLIGAN, now invites bidders for the supply and delivery of Procurement of

One Set Laptop w/ complete accessories in Tanudan, Kalinga. Delivery of Good is

required not more than Three (15) Calendar Days from the issuance of Notice to Proceed.

Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible
