Purchase of IT services in the field of technical support for IT infrastructure elements and system and tool software used by ARiMR (UWT_CISCO) 1. The subject of the order is the provision by the Contractor to the Agency Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture, hereinafter referred to as the "Ordering Party": 1.1. Technical Support Services for Hardware and Software from the date indicated in Annex No. 2 to the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex No. 9 to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as: "p.p.u.") assigned to a given IT Equipment or Software. 1.2. Providing (renewal) to the Ordering Party by the Contractor the right to use the Software on a subscription basis (utility and system software for the Equipment indicated in the columns 201-270 of Annex No. 2 to the Act). 2. The Ordering Party requires that the subject of the order be performed on the terms and conditions specified in the Contract Agreement. together with attachments constituting Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ.
