1. The subject of this procedure is the supply of computer sets, a laptop, servers, tablets, scanners, power supplies, interactive monitors and the necessary software.
Part I: Purchase of computer equipment
101 section 4 of the Act of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 793, as amended) Ordering Party describing the subject matter of the contract by reference to the standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 of the PZP, allows solutions equivalent to those described in the procurement documentation.
The contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party, is obliged to demonstrate that the deliveries or services offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party.
As part of the execution of the order, the Contractor is obliged to provide for Part I:
a) Workstation: 37 pieces
b) Monitor for workstation - type I: 38 pieces
c) Workstation monitor - type II: 30 pieces
d)Laptop: 1 piece
e) Precision mouse: 12 pieces
f) Office software: 38 pieces
