The subject of the order is the purchase of computer equipment and IT software for the District Hospital in Rawicz Sp. z o. o. . The subject of the order includes the supply of equipment: - Desktop computer 23 pcs; - Monitor 23 pcs; - Office software 23 pcs.;- Tablet 1 pc. The detailed scope and description of the subject of the order (OPZ) is specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. All parameters and technical requirements specified there are minimum requirements and their fulfillment is obligatory. Failure to meet these requirements will result in rejection of the offer as inconsistent with the terms of the order pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 5 of the Public Procurement Law. The ordering party expects high-quality products that meet all the required conditions specified in the description of the subject of the order and meet functional requirements, in accordance with its intended use. The parameters described in the above-mentioned form should be treated as minimum, which means that the Contractor can always offer products with better parameters (exceeding the parameters described by the Ordering Party).
