1) The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF BAYAMBANG, through the GENERAL FUND - 2026 & TRUST FUND
intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED FORTY ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED
NINETY FOUR AND 71/100 PESOS (PhP1, 241, 894.71) being the ABC to payments under the
contract for the PURCHASE OF IT EQUIPMENT FOR VARIOUS OFFICES / NJQ-GOODS-03-2026-022. Bids
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
