INVITATION TO SUBMIT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR THE PROJECT:
Purchase of IT Equipment for MTO Daily Operations Use
1. The Local Government Unit of Gubat, through its General Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Ten Thousand Pesos (₱210, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of IT Equipment for MTO Daily Operations Use/PR10-1210. Quotation received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at opening of the Request for Quotation.
2. The Local Government Unit of Gubat now invites suppliers to submit price quotations for the above project. Delivery of the goods is required within 45 calendar days after the receipt of Notice to Proceed.
3. Interested SUPPLIERS may obtain or acquired further information from Local Government Unit of Gubat and inspect the Request for Quotation at the address given below from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Mondays to Fridays.
