1. The MUNICIPALITY OF SAN NICOLAS through General Fund (Cont. Capital Outlay - ICT Equipment) amounting to Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 800, 000.00), (Cont. Capital Outlay- Communication Equipment) amounting to Two Hundred Thousand One Hundred Pesos (Php 200, 100.00) and (Cont. Capital Outlay - Other Property, Plant & Equipment) amounting to Two Million Eight Hundred Fifty Thousand One Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php 2, 850, 150.00) intends to apply the sum of Three Million Eight Hundred Fifty Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php 3, 850, 250.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of IT Equipment to be used at the Municipality of San Nicolas, Batangas/ 2026-G003. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
