The City of Victorias, through the Trust Fund / Supplemental Budget intends to apply the sum of P 2, 299, 553.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for PURCHASE OF I.T. EQUIPMENT TO BE USED FOR TH FULL AUTOMATION OF THE BUSINESS ONE - STOP - SHOP ( GREEN PROCUREMENT COMPLIANT )

. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
