Invitation to Bid for the
Purchase of IT Equipment and Accessories
1. The Local Government Unit of Alburquerque, through the General Fund and Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Pesos (P 625, 940.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for 26-04-17-09. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Alburquerque now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Ninety Calendar Days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
