The subject of the proceedings is:1. Purchase of 10 new Cisco CP-7821-K9 IP phones. Together with the phones, the Contractor will provide Flex Access licenses for CUCM for a period of 36 months. The Contractor is obliged to register smart account licenses in the domain police.gov.pl and to the e-mail address for activation of the provided licenses [email protected]. Purchase of 6 new Cisco CP-8800-V-KEM.3 modules. Manufacturer's warranty for phones and modules - 12 months.4. Time for delivery of devices - 20 days calendar days from the date of order execution.5. After delivering the devices to the Ordering Party's headquarters, the Ordering Party will check the delivered devices and check whether Flex licenses have been registered. This receipt will be confirmed by an acceptance protocol (annex to the proceedings). The signed acceptance report without comments will be the basis for issuing a VAT invoice.
